The Student Services Team operates from 8.15am until 3.15pm out of the Student Services Office on the ground floor of the Upward Street wing of the Administration block.
The team is dedicated to the constant awareness of students’ whereabouts and is responsible for absence letters, attendance checks, early departure passes, late letters, late and uniform notes, monitoring of unexplained absences and termination paper work.
Parents/carers are asked to advise the Student Services Team if their child will be absent from school, even for a short period of time either by phone or email.
Parents/carers with students with an unexplained absence for the day will receive a text message notification. In this instance parents/carers are asked to contact the Student Service Team to explain the reason for absence as soon as possible.
