Parent-Teacher Interviews for Years 7–12 will be held on Tuesday 21 July 2026, from 3:15 pm to 7:00 pm.
We encourage all parents and carers to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to meet with your child's teachers, discuss their progress, celebrate achievements, and work together to support their learning and future success.

Appointments are by booking only and are made through our online booking system, SessionKeeper.

To make a booking:

Search for the teacher you wish to meet.

Choose an available appointment time.

Entry: Via Upward Street (corner of Grafton Street, near the Library).

Please bring your appointment schedule (printed or electronic) and your child's report card. Students are encouraged to attend the interviews with their parent or carer.
Interview Format
Parent-Teacher Interviews are designed as brief 8-minute conversations, allowing families the opportunity to meet with several teachers during the evening.
If you require a more detailed discussion about your child's progress, we encourage you to contact the teacher directly to arrange an alternative meeting time.
Booking Tips

Appointment times are limited, so we recommend booking early.

Teachers will be located throughout R Block, N Block, F Block and the Library.

Please allow sufficient time to walk between locations when scheduling appointments.
